The Promise Is Getting Bigger…

Church family,
What a powerful time we had together last night.
As we continued our journey through One Story, we went back to the beginning and saw something incredible: even when humanity walked away from God, God didn’t walk away from humanity.
Sin changed everything—but it didn’t change God’s plan.
From the very beginning, God promised that a Saviour was coming. Before Abraham, before Moses, before David, before Bethlehem and before the cross, God was already writing the story of redemption.
And this Saturday, the promise gets bigger.
ONE STORY — WEEK 3
Abraham: A Promise Bigger Than One Man
God called an ordinary man named Abraham and gave him an extraordinary promise:
“…in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” — Genesis 12:3
At first, it sounds like the story of one man and his family.
But it wasn’t.
God was beginning something through Abraham that would eventually reach across nations, cultures and generations—all the way to Jesus…and ultimately, all the way to us.
This week we're going to see how God's promise to Abraham connects directly to Christ, why faith sometimes requires stepping out before we know where we're going, and what Abraham's story teaches us about trusting God while we're waiting.
Maybe you're waiting on God right now.
Maybe there’s something He has promised, something you've been praying about, or an area where you're struggling to understand what He's doing.
This Saturday is for you.
And bring someone with you.
One Story isn't just for people who have been reading the Bible for years. It's also for the person with questions. The person trying to figure out faith. The person who wonders whether the Bible really fits together.
Because week after week, we're discovering that it does.
One Author. One Story. One Saviour.
We can't wait to worship with you and continue the story together.
Saturday • 7:00 PM Gathering Place 36 Green Drive, Inverness
Come expecting.
Come ready.
And maybe bring someone who needs to hear that God still keeps His promises.
We love you, church family.

Pray for Inverness & Highlands
This Saturday is your opportunity to join other Christians from other churches, united, for one cause...to hold up Inverness & Highlands in prayer. We pray for our government (national and local), all church leaders, the lost, the hurting, and more. It begins at 10:00AM and usually ends around 10:45AM (ish). This is your opportunity to be a participant and not a bystander in the battle that wages for the Highlands. Let's go!

Revival Night & Healing
Join us on Sunday, 23 August at 6:00 PM for our very first Revival Night—an evening set aside to seek God's presence together through passionate worship, heartfelt prayer, and faith for personal revival and healing.

Come expecting powerful worship, intentional prayer, and an atmosphere where lives can be transformed.
Everyone is welcome. There is a place for you. We can't wait to see you there.
